We’re excited that you’re considering Eagles on the Rock Academy for your family! Our admissions process is designed to be simple, supportive, and personal. We’re here to guide you every step of the way.

How to Apply 

How to Apply:

  1. Schedule a Tour – Visit our campus and meet our staff.
     

  2. Submit Application – Complete the online or in-person form.
     

  3. Interview & Assessment – A short meeting with the child and parents to provide the enrollment  packet.

How to Apply for TEFA:

  1. Application Opens: 9:00am CST, February 4, 2026

  2. Application Closes: March 17, 2026

  3. Apply Online: educationfreedom.texas.gov

Who Can Apply:

  1. All Texas students (Pre-K through 12th grade)

  2. Must be Texas residents

  3. Must be U.S. citizens or lawfully admitted to the U.S.

Award Timeline:

  1. April 2026: Award notifications sent

  2. July 1, 2026: 25% of funds available

  3. October 1, 2026: 50% of funds available

  4. April 1, 2027: Remaining funds available

Important Notes:

  1. Unused funds roll over year to year

  2. Not all applicants are guaranteed awards due to funding limitations

  3. Eagles on the Rock Academy will confirm enrollment for accepted students
